Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of NorwinInventory and the norwinlabs.com website (together, the "Service"), provided by NorwinLabs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
NorwinInventory is a web application that helps businesses track inventory, including barcode scanning, stock movement history, reports and team accounts. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts and teams
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything done under your account, including actions by teammates you invite. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and billing
NorwinInventory is billed as a monthly subscription, currently $75 per month, which includes unlimited items, teammates and scanners. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We will give notice before any price change takes effect.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account. After you cancel, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and the subscription will not renew. Fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where required by law.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. You can export your inventory as CSV at any time. If your subscription ends, we may delete your data after a reasonable period; export what you need before then.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. That includes attempting to break or probe its security, interfering with other users, using it for unlawful purposes, or reselling access without our permission.
7. Support
Customer support is available around the clock by email at norwinlabs@gmail.com. We work to respond to every request promptly, but we do not guarantee a specific response or resolution time.
8. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may occasionally interrupt the Service for maintenance or because of events outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorwinLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
